The room was clean and very comfortable. The free bottle of water and snacks (for Hilton Honors members) is a great perk! Front desk staff were great!

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel!! The room was a nice size with good amenities. However, they fall very flat with hospitality. Housekeeping never came to my room after the first night to make the bed or bring fresh towels. I asked the front desk for a recommendation for a place to eat, and they didn’t have any suggestions. For almost $300/night - I expected better! I recommend that the staff read “unreasonable hospitality” by Will Guidara.

Everything was clean and nice. The bathroom was very good and everything worked properly. Being next to Macinos bar & restaurant is a big plus for me because a good sandwich and cold beer is nice after a day of traveling. I will stay there again

New updated rooms that are very comfortable. Had family over to this hotel and staff treated them as if they were paying guests. Over and above service. Very clean... everywhere. Best Hampton Inn I can remember staying in.

It was a great place to stay. We were there for a wedding. This place is clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Nice clean rooms. Only thing was we had to go to another floor to get ice. The machine on our floor was broke. They supplied a pack and play for my granddaughter at no charge.

I wasn't expecting much from the hotel as this was my first stay in the area as I visited my son, a student at Ball St. I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was a bit boring, but much appreciated as it was free.
